Refurbishment of Glasgow’s successful exhibition and conference centre in the former Queens Dock included a new 12,500-seat  national entertainments arena (the largest entertainments venue in Scotland), with a range of catering outlets ranging from fast food to à la carte dining.
KCCJ replaced the kitchen at The Gallery Bistro.

The project involved:

• ripping out the existing kitchen
• supplying and installing a new main restaurant kitchen, including coldroom, freezer room, preparation areas and dishwash area.
