Royal Albert Hall - Refurbishment of the Elgar Restaurant
During a recent refurbishment of the Elgar Restaurant on the circle level, The Royal Albert Hall decided they needed to do some upgrade works to the existing kitchen as it was not going to be suitable for the proposed new menu.
With more than just some equipment changes, KCCJ were asked to bring the kitchen up to a standard that would suit the new restaurant.
The walls were clad in white rock hygienic sheets, the floor was leveled and Altro stronghold 30 flooring laid, and the electrical services altered and re-run to suit the new equipment layout.
