Cooking in style
The design, supply, installation and commissioning of a kitchen for a Harry Ramsden’s ‘Palace Style’ restaurant (160 seats) and take-away operation (40 seats) in a disused restaurant area of the Regent Palace Hotel was completed in two weeks.
The kitchen also provides a full breakfast service to hotel guests.

In addition to the kitchen, we provided walk-in chillers and freezer rooms, a fish preparation area, an L- shaped main frying range and the equipment to prepare and cook breakfasts, and an area to store and prepare 150 x 25kg bags of potatoes for peeling, de-eyeing, chipping and holding in tanks of water prior to use.
