Feeding the media
This complex project, in two phases, created staff dining facilities in three buildings at the BBC White City Media Village: White City One, and two new buildings, the Broadcast Centre, and the Media Centre.

Phase I
Phase I, lasting three months, was the design, supply, installation & commissioning of new cafés on the ground floor of the Broadcast Centre and the fourth floor of the Media Centre, plus an Executive dining room and kitchen on the Fifth floor of the Broadcast Centre.
Phase II
Phase II was the redevelopment of the main staff dining area in White City One to provide a coffee shop, Grab and go (take away) and full service restaurant capable of feeding 1500 staff over a 75 minute period.
The 375 sq m servery area, includes counters for Fire house Grill, Traditional Favourites, World Mache, Trattoria, soups, salads, Jacket potatoes, Snacks, Desserts and hot drinks.
Installation was completed in six weeks, in time for the staff Christmas lunch.
