It's always the sign of a job well done when a client asks you to come back and do more work for them, so KCCJ was delighted to be asked to return to Sopwell House and carry out a kitchen refurbishment as part of the development of the venue's Spa and Brasserie.
KCCJ’s brief was to design a new kitchen that met the hotels operational requirement, and also included new infrastructure. Having been impressed by KCCJ’s approach, the hotel took the decision to entrust the multi-disciplined with the supply and installation of the kitchen too.
This was the first 5* hotel to open in Greater Manchester, as part of the Chapel Wharf development. KCCJ supplied and installed the main kitchen on the 1st floor, cold rooms, refrigeration plant and preparation areas.
