The SNCO’s mess kitchen was completed and handed-over before work commenced on the officers mess kitchen.
KCCJ supplied, installed and commissioned the following for both kitchens:
Main kitchen, raw meat preparation area, vegetable preparation area, chilled and frozen stores, larder, pantry, grocery store, utensil and dishwash, crockery, glass and linen stores, swill and refuse areas, timber-clad hot, cold and ambient servery counters.
Installation was completed over a period of six months, to the MOD’s exacting specifications.
