As part of a multi million pound refurbishment of the Great Russell Street Jurys Doyle 4 star hotel, KCCJ were asked to design, manufacture and install new hot and cold servery counters for the restaurant. We were also asked to supply and install a new refrigerated keg store as well as sourcing and supplying multi-temperature wine cabinets for the newly refurbished restaurant area.
Whilst the above works were ongoing our team also worked closely with the head chef in order to upgrade his kitchen without the luxury of closing the kitchen down. These works included replacing existing medium duty cooking equipment and upgrading to heavy duty equipment to allow greater flexibility and capacity to accomodate the hotels new menu. In addition gas safety devices were installed to bring the kitchen up to date with current regulations.
