KCCJ Consultancy start work on Embassy Gardens
KCCJ Consultancy have been drafted in to work on a restaurant scheme at the new, highly anticipated Embassy Gardens in Central London.
When the US Embassy decided to move away from Grosvenor Square and create a modern embassy building in the centre of Nine Elms, it became the cultural anchor for this new district.
Embassy Gardens is a 21st century development at the heart of Nine Elms, on the South Bank of London. A joint development by Ecoworld and Ballymore, masterplanned by Sir Terry Farrell, it has been described by the Mayor of London as ‘possibly the most important regeneration story in London and in the UK over the next twenty years’. The architectural style is distinctive, with apartments standing amongst landscaped public squares, parks and spectacular gardens. Amenities and the estate are of the highest standard including the private Eg:le club with its own library and gym, the world-famous Sky Pool, as well as a spa, rooftop bar, restaurants, cafes, cinema and business facilities.
KCCJ Design Consultant and BIM Manager Roela Chisnall added: "KCCJ are excited to be working with P&BC on behalf of Ballymore on the highly anticipated Embassy Gardens. It's fantastic that KCCJ are able to be involved with such iconic project."
