Fuel for the road
KCCJ has created catering facilities at many ‘Welcome Break’ service areas throughout the UK including the design, supply, installation and commissioning of hot and refrigerated counters and a production kitchen at Michaelwood Services (M5 Southbound).
The upgraded kitchen, new bakery counter, refrigerated island display counter, hot food counter and two beverage counters were installed over a period of eight weeks. Trading continued throughout the refurbishment period.
We were also responsible for the disconnection, dismantling, removal and safe disposal of all redundant equipment and counters.
