Custom-built quality
This was the first 5* hotel to open in Greater Manchester, as part of the Chapel Wharf development, adjacent to the landmark Trinity footbridge.
KCCJ supplied and installed the main kitchen on the first floor, including a custom-built one-piece cooking suite with 6mm-thick stainless steel counters; also cold rooms, refrigeration plant and preparation areas.
During a 12-week installation period, in addition to the main kitchen, we created a staff restaurant,areas for room service, dish & pot wash areas, goods-in stores, meat, fish, dairy & general purpose walk-in cold rooms, walk-in freezer, a remote refrigeration plant located in the loading bay area and a separate fresh produce preparation area.
