Cutting time without cutting corners
The major restraint on this project was to complete all works within very tight time schedules, during the usual closed period.
There are significant challenges when working within the basement of a listed Victorian building.
We totally redesigned and modernised a 25 year old kitchen to provide an efficient operation for increased banqueting numbers.
This involved relocating services throughout the building to suit new kitchen layouts.
