KCCJ converted a small tea room to an impressive restaurant in this magnificent castle.
It involved the design, supply, installation and commissioning of a new servery to cater for the introduction of a vastly extended menu.
We provided solutions for getting bulky equipment in and out of the building without damaging the fabric of this ancient edifice. We designed an effective operation which meets EHO and Health and Safety legislation without removing or covering historic finishes. And the project was completed on time and within budget.
