KCCJ designed, supplied, installed and commissioned the following:

• Main kitchen of 145m² complete with remote refrigeration to chiller & freezer rooms
• U-shaped granite top servery counter
• Satellite kitchen for meeting rooms
• Bar area including basement cellar & water and ice dispensers to each floor

Some services were not available until the morning of the opening day.

Our engineers remained on stand-by to commission and handover individual services as they became available. Despite tight schedules, the opening day was entirely successful.
