Strict security
The refurbishment of the junior rank’s mess involved strict security measures.
The KCCJ project manager remained onsite to supervise deliveries and ensure that all our contractors held valid security passes.
Refurbishment of the large servery area included the removal of bain maries, replacing them with new glass cerans and the installation of new gantries and sneeze screens; the supply & installation of a Clayburn pizza oven; the supply and installation of new stainless doors to the beverage area.
In the café, we supplied and installed refrigerated displays and soup kettles within a front counter, and a Clayburn gas grill.
All equipment was specified by the consultant, who has since worked with us on several projects.
